Understanding workspace roles

Every member of a workspace is either an admin or an agent.

Admins

Admins can invite and remove teammates, change roles, add custom domains, and see AI spend on the Settings page.

Agents

Agents can see and respond to every conversation in the shared inbox, write and publish knowledge base articles, but cannot manage billing or team membership.
