Understanding your invoice

Invoices are generated on the first of each month and cover the previous 30 days of usage.

Line items

Each invoice breaks usage down by seats, AI credits consumed, and any custom domain add ons.

Failed payments

If a card is declined we retry three times over five days before pausing the workspace. You will get an email before anything is paused.
